Design & Develop New Courier Website & Booking System
SiteCenter were delighted to be selected as the winning bidder from over 20 other companies to develop a new website and cloud-based booking system. AMV couriers required a solution that automated many of their existing workflows and enhanced their customer experience with seemless booking, frequent notifications and PDF generation. The system uses the Google Maps API to calculate mileage between locations and employs complex algorithms to determine quotes. It also includes fleet management features and is secured with Cisco Duo's two-factor authentication (2FA).
Integrate Xero API with Website
AMV Couriers approached us to enhance their cloud-based booking system by integrating the Xero Accounting API. This further improved AMV's business workflows by automatically adding new customers to their Xero account, updating existing customers where appropriate, and creating new invoices for new orders.
Google Ads Marketing For Courier Services
As part of our work for AMV Couriers, we were asked to set up, optimise and maintain a Google Ads campaign. This involved researching appropriate keywords, creating enticing ad copy, creating a "landing" page on their website and setting up detailed visitor tracking. On a monthly basis, traffic and conversion analysis is reported and under-performing keywords are removed. Over several years and with a limited ad spend, we have generated well over 1,000 leads and 100 new customers for AMV Couriers.
