These terms of use relate specifically to our Cloud App Licenser service at www.sitecenter.com/cloud-app-licenser/, www.cloudapplicenser.com and www.api.cloudapplicenser.com ("This Service").

Your ability to use this service requires that you have "License Quota" available, either as part of your free trial or purchased. "License Quota" must be purchased in advance of your requirements for it and is not refundable or transferable between accounts.

We offer the ability for you to be automatically notified by email if your "License Quota" reaches a pre-defined level. We cannot guarantee that such notifications will be sent.

We may change the prices we charge for this service at any time. While we will endeavour to provide sixty (60) days notice of any such changes, we are under no obligation to do so.

"License Keys" issued as part of your "License Quota" are allowed to be used on a maximum number of devices, as specified in the Documentation for this service. Each "License Key" issued as part of your "License Quota" is entitled to unlimited use of our API, except where noted below.

We reserve the right to suspend or end access to this service at any time for any "License Key", app or account where we judge, at our sole discretion, that their use constitutes a clear attempt to disrupt our service or circumvent our service's limitations.

While we will endeavour to provide support to you while using this service, we do not guarantee to respond to support requests within any given period of time, and do not guarantee to be able to help you. In addition, we not under any circumstances provide telephone support for this service at this time.

Applicable Law

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
