We agree all project costs prior to commencement so that there are no hidden fees or unexpected costs. We accept that minor changes and additions to project specifications may be required once development has started, or indeed after launch, and in most cases these can be accommodated with no additional charges.
We will request a deposit payment before we begin work on any web design and development project, which is usually between 30% and 50% of the project total. Once you are completely happy with our work and before the website is launched, we request a second payment, which is usually between 40% and 60% of the project total. The final payment of 10% of the project total is requested two weeks after your website is launched.
