Our server is due to undergo a security update between 22:00 (GMT) and 5:00 (GMT) on Tuesday the 27th of May which will result in our server (and all websites we host on our server) being unavailable for approximately 10 minutes.
Please let us assure you that we share your disatisfaction at the prospect of any website downtime, but unfortunately this security update is neccessary and requires that our server is temporarily taken offline. However, in April 2014 our server did not record even 1 millisecond of downtime and we are confident that this move will result in an even more reliable hosting service.
All files and data will be fully backed-up before the update so that there will be no possibility of loss of data. Your website will behave exactly as normal before and after this scheduled downtime.
