Our server is due to undergo a security update between Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th January 2019 which will result in our server (and all websites we host on our server) being unavailable for between 10 and 20 minutes.
Please let us assure you that we share your dissatisfaction at the prospect of any website downtime, but unfortunately this security update is necessary and requires that our server is temporarily taken offline. In 2018 our service recorded an average of 100% availability every month, and we are confident this update will result in even greater reliability.
All files and data will be fully backed-up before the update so that there will be no possibility of data loss. Your website will behave exactly as normal before and after this scheduled downtime.
