Our efficient 6-step process has been refined over 15 years to ensure that we deliver your dream website as smoothly and with as little stress as possible:
Discovery & Planning
When you first make an inquiry we will provide an approximate price and timeline. We will assign you an experienced account manager, who will listen to your vision, discuss your requirements and identify the best solution for your budget. We will then provide a full proposal, detailing our fixed project cost and timeline.
Design & Development
Your account manager will guide you through the process of developing your website and regularly update you on progress. Through a combination of mock-ups, live demonstrations and wireframes, we will develop multiple stunning designs for you to review and give feedback on. At the same time, we will start coding your website and developing your custom-made Website Dashboard.
Beta Delivery
We will bring together the design that you love with our code, and present the first version of your website (the "Beta Delivery") to you at a special temporary address, usually with placeholder content. While we perform our extensive testing procedures, you can continue to request unlimited revisions to your website until it is perfect.
Website Launch
Once you are delighted with everything, we will populate your website with real content before making your website live at your own domain, ready to start taking inquiries and making sales. You can start using your Website Dashboard to update your website's content at any time.
Website Maintenance
Unlike most other providers, we understand that you may want to make further minor changes to your website after launch, and we are usually happy to accommodate these at no extra charge. And in the very unlikely event that you discover any remaining website bugs (not related to a third-party service or host) we will continue to promptly fix these indefinitely and for free.

On request, you will also receive your free Annual Website Review, summarizing your website's performance and detailing any recommendations we have for improvement.
